BOMB Blasts India

Does it now sound strange the Bomb Blasts on July 25 in Bangalore and ones in Ahmedabad on July 26 were in cities located in states with BJP Governmnet in rule like the ones in Jaipur earlier in the year. Too much of coincidence. Will the secular forces and Central Governmnet take notice seriously?
